Lino Cambi opens in June 2027. The first season is small — twelve guests at a time, the kitchen still finding its rhythm, the orchard still telling us what it can do. We are quietly choosing who will be there.
A founding guest is not a customer. We are not an OTA, we are not a booking platform, and Lino Cambi will not appear on one. Founding guests are the people we open to first — the people who will sit at the long table while we are still learning the menu, who will tell us, kindly, what is missing, and whose stay will quietly shape every season after them.
In return: a four-day or seven-day stay at our opening rates, the suite of your choice (subject to dates), full board, the spa, and a handwritten welcome from us. You will be twelve people deep in something that is still alive, still moving, and still — in the most important sense — yours.
